SHP Steriltechnik AG is a since several years in the market established very experienced company specialized on steam sterilizers. “Low in price – not cheap” is our motto.
The management has a long personal experience in developing and selling laboratory autoclaves. Our technical staff is recognized for their deep knowledge of sterilisation processes and equipment. The technology of our autoclaves is “state-of-the-art” and optimized in respect of user friendliness and cost saving.
Our series LABOKLAV and LABOKLAV ECO are manufactured in Germany only. Place of production is Schloss Detzel ( close to Haldensleben ) in Saxony-Anhalt. Our production partner Holzner Druckbehälter GmbH is specialized in manufacturing pressure vessels of almost any size.
Two series of LABOKLAV autoclaves are available. LABOKLAV ECO is a range of auto- claves focussing on simple laboratory applications. It is available in two sizes as a ready configured unit. LABOKLAV is a complete series of autoclaves meeting even highest expectations of demanding laboratory applications.
When developing the LABOKLAV and LABOKLAV ECO series we have focused on technical solutions to minimize operation costs and to save natural recourses. We have not integrated pneumatic valves and closing systems as they are a constant source of service demand due to increased failure rates. All our autoclaves are equipped with a steam generator, downsized to meet exactly the requirements of the chamber size; no useless water is heated up.
When cooling the autoclave in liquid programmes no valuable demineralised water is wasted, cooling water is circulated through the double jacket and fed back into the integrated water storage tank, and LABOKLAV ECO is using an air cooling system. You as our customer will experience the advantage by low operation costs.
A novelty in laboratory autoclaves is the LABOVARIO concept. All our units can be installed either horizontally or vertically, the autoclave and the price remains always the same. The lid can swing open to the left or the right side; the unit can be operated from the smaller side. It can even be changed at a later time without any costs and problems.
