As we cannot offer our factory service around the world we select only distribution partners who offer local service in accordance with our global strategy.


     - shortest possible reaction times

     - factory trained service staff

     - availability of spare parts


We support the local service department with technical advice and our in-house support team.


But the most important for you, our valuable customer is, there will be no high demand for repairs. Usually a yearly check-up of your SHP autoclave should be sufficient.


Instead, the focus will be validation and preventive maintenance. We are there to support you, near and far.
